My story

📆This October, I’m dedicating my regular training miles and parkruns to a cause that truly matters. I’ve officially pledged to complete the Macmillan Cancer Support "Run 31" challenge, logging 31 miles throughout the month to raise funds for those who need it most.

⚕️Having spent a few years being a Boots Macmillan Pharmacist in community pharmacies, I have seen firsthand the incredible help Macmillan provides to people in need. Being able to be involved in even a small part of that support was a wonderful experience, and it showed me exactly how important it is that we contribute so this vital care can continue.

🫂Almost 3.5 million people in the UK are currently living with cancer, and they rely on our support now more than ever. Every mile I run and every donation you make helps fund Macmillan's essential support services.
I'd be incredibly grateful if you could chip in. Whether it's a donation of any size or simply sharing this post, it all makes a massive difference!
